New Mothers Agree! Fitness Guru Sara Holliday’s Unique Workout Regimen Helps Women Shape Up After Pregnancy

Sara Holliday has been in the health and fitness industry for nearly 15 years and her credentials as a fitness guru are impeccable. Sara is a certified aerobics instructor, a certified personal trainer, licensed massage therapist and licensed marriage and family therapist. She has trained extensively in the martial arts and is certified in yoga. Sara also has a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology.

In between designing projects for “Fitbysara”, her popular brand of personal fitness products, Sara teaches classes and workshops in the San Diego area. Here’s what her students say about her and her unique workout regimen:
